Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Saleshandy lets you run powerful cold email campaigns with your fully provisioned, US-IP mailboxes—without any manual credential entry.
Step-by-Step: Connect Icemail Mailboxes to Saleshandy
Step 1:
Head to the Mailbox Dashboard inside Icemail and select the mailboxes you wish to connect.
Step 2:
Click "Export Mailboxes" at the top of the dashboard.
Step 3:
Select "Saleshandy" from the list, or choose SMTP/IMAP to retrieve your credentials.
Step 4:
Log in to your Saleshandy account and navigate to Settings → Email Accounts → Add Email Account.
Step 5:
Choose your connection method:
Google Workspace: Select "Gmail", then click "Connect with Google" and sign in with your Icemail Google mailbox. If you have 2-Step Verification enabled, use an App Password.
Microsoft 365: Select "Outlook", then "Connect with Microsoft" and authenticate with your Icemail Microsoft mailbox.
SMTP: Select "Custom" and enter:

587IMAP Host: as provided by Icemail
IMAP Port:
993Email: your mailbox address
Password: your app password or mailbox password
Step 6:
Saleshandy will test and verify the connection. Once confirmed, the mailbox is ready to use in sequences.

Set the daily email limit in Saleshandy to align with Icemail's recommended 15 cold emails per day per mailbox.
