Purchasing a new domain with Icemail is quick and effortlessâdesigned to have you set up and ready to send cold emails in moments. Just follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Domains Page
Log into your Icemail account and head to the Domain Management section from the main dashboard.
2. Open the Domain Purchase Tool
Click on âAdd Domainâ (top-right corner), then choose âBuy New Domainâ from the dropdown menu (icemail.ai, icemail.ai, help.icemail.ai, help.icemail.ai).
3. Search for a Domain
Type your desired domain name (e.g. yourcompany-email.com) into the search bar. Icemail will present a list of available options, listing variations and TLDs to suit your preferences .
4. Pick Your Favorite
Review the suggested domains, select the one that aligns with your brand or campaign (e.g., coldreach-yourcompany.com), and click âAdd to Cartâ .
5. Review Your Cart
Click âView Cartâ to doubleâcheck:
Chosen domain name
Registration period (1 year, 2 years, etc.)
Total cost
Once everything looks good, click âProceed to Buyâ (youtube.com, help.icemail.ai).
6. Choose a Payment Method
You can pay via:
Wallet Credit (if youâve previously added funds)
Stripe (secure card processing)
Choose your preferred method and proceed (icemail.ai, help.icemail.ai).
7. Confirm Payment
Enter your card or Stripe details, then click âPay.â Icemail will process your transaction immediately (icemail.ai).
â Thatâs It! Your Domain is Live
Youâll receive a confirmation once the domain is successfully registered, and it will appear under your domain listâready to be connected to any mailbox or cold email campaign using team@icemail.ai.
