Steps to Buy Additional Mailboxes
Step 1: Go to the Mailboxes Dashboard
Log in to your Icemail account and click on the âMailboxesâ tab from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Click âBuy New Mailboxesâ
At the top of the Mailboxes dashboard, click the âBuy New Mailboxesâ button.
Step 3: Choose Your Subscription Plan
Youâll be redirected to the purchase screen. Here's what to do:
Select a Plan: Choose between Monthly or Yearly billing.
Enter Quantity: Type in how many mailboxes you want to buy.
Select Mailbox Type: Choose from:
- Google Workspace (Licensed Google Business Starter â Official Google Partner) â $2.50/mailbox/month, US IP - Microsoft 365 (Microsoft 365 Business Starter plan) â $2.50/mailbox/month, US IP - SMTP (Dedicated IP per domain, up to 10 mailboxes/domain) â Contact us for pricing - Azure (100 mailboxes per domain, $30/domain/month)
Review Pricing: All Google and Microsoft mailboxes are priced at $2.50/mailbox/month
Click âPay Nowâ to complete your purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, the new mailboxes will appear in your dashboard and can be assigned to any connected domain.
