What this tool actually checks

We score your email against the patterns that consumer and B2B spam filters consistently penalise: trigger phrases, ALL CAPS, punctuation noise, dense links, and subject-line shape. The score is a directional signal — no client-side tool can perfectly predict Gmail or Outlook, but addressing the flagged issues meaningfully reduces filter risk.

What it doesn't replace

  • Inbox placement testing across real seed mailboxes
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication on your sending domain
  • Mailbox warmup and consistent volume ramp

Spam analyzer FAQs

What score should I aim for?

Treat anything below a clean score as a rewrite prompt rather than a hard pass or fail. Most flagged copy improves by cutting one link, removing a superlative, and shortening the subject line. Content is only part of filtering, so a perfect score with broken authentication still lands in spam.

Why did my email get filtered even with a good score?

Filters weigh sending reputation, authentication, volume patterns and recipient engagement far more heavily than wording. A brand new domain sending hundreds of messages a day will be filtered regardless of how clean the copy reads. Ramp volume slowly and keep bounce rates low.

Do images and links really hurt?

In cold outreach, yes. Plain text with at most one link resembles normal person-to-person mail; image-heavy templates with tracking pixels and multiple redirects resemble bulk marketing, which is filtered harder.

How often should I test new copy?

Check every new sequence before launch and re-check whenever reply rates fall. Filters shift over time, and phrases that performed last quarter can become penalised patterns.
